Jan Abbey

Jan Abbey, AbbeyWarner Partnership

Jan is an experienced and qualified Executive Coach and has worked with a broad range of organisations and sectors. Her multi-sector and international experience enables her to coach leaders and teams for the challenges that face global business today. Jan’s experience, insight and empathy inspire people and organisations to be the best they can be.

Previously, she had a successful career in operations and organisational development in the aviation industry, including British Airways.

The combination of her consultancy work designing and delivering talent management projects, coaching individuals and coaching teams is powerful. It means she has great empathy and builds trust quickly. She helps people achieve their potential, improve their impact and effectiveness and increase the performance of their teams.

Jan has a BA Honours degree in Business. She is an Accredited Coach and Member of the Association for Coaching.  She is qualified to use a number of psychometric models including HBDI® and MBTI® and the Schroder Leadership Competency Model.

Helen Warner

Helen Warner, AbbeyWarner Partnership

Helen brings commercial insight and psychological understanding to help leaders explore, experiment and learn new ways of working and thinking. She helps leaders worldwide and across a wide range of sectors to navigate the transition to more complex roles, to play to their strengths and to generate fresh thinking. With the ability to develop rapport quickly, she provides challenge, encouragement and feedback.

In addition to Executive Coaching, she works through the UK Government’s Cabinet Office as an Independent Panel Member for Public Appointments.

Helen has a commercial background in HR, mainly for the US investment bank Morgan Stanley where she managed Business Partners in London and Continental Europe.

Helen has a degree in Experimental Psychology and is an Accredited Coach and Member of the Association for Coaching. She is qualified in a number of psychometric tools including OPQ32®, NEO®, and HDS®, and a contributing author to ‘101 Coaching Strategies & Techniques’ (Routledge 2010).
